A trip to the Sundarbans is a journey into one of the most mysterious and breathtaking ecosystems in the world. Located in the southern part of West Bengal, the Sundarbans is the largest mangrove forest on Earth and a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is famous for its dense mangrove forests, winding rivers, unique wildlife, and the majestic Royal Bengal Tiger.

Tour Plan

Guests will arrive at Godkhali Jetty and will be transferred to the boat.
Welcome drink and breakfast will be served onboard.
The journey will proceed through the rivers Gomor and Durgadhwani, entering the Pitchkhali River.
The resort is located on the bank of Pitchkhali River, overlooking the Sundarban Tiger Reserve.
En-route, guests will visit Rabindra Nath Tagore Bungalow and Hamilton Bungalow.
Hot lunch will be served at the resort or on the boat.
In the evening, tea and snacks will be served along with a folk song program.
Dinner will be served at 9:00 PM.

After breakfast, report at the Jetty Ghat at 8:30 AM for a thrilling cruise.
Cruise towards Sajnekhali Watchtower and Mangrove Interpretation Centre.
Proceed for a deep jungle safari through creeks, dense forests, and numerous rivers.
Visit rivers and locations such as Sarakkhali 1, Sudhanyakhali, Bonbibi Bharani, Sunderkhali, and Pirkhali.
Wildlife sightings may include deer, water monitor lizards, monkeys, wild boars, crocodiles, and the Royal Bengal Tiger.
Lunch will be served at the boat or resort.
In the evening, enjoy tea with snacks.
Attend an interactive session with a local honey collector and a tiger attack survivor.
Dinner will be served at 9:00 PM.

After breakfast, proceed for a tribal village tour to explore the locals’ livelihood and traditional practices.
Alternatively, guests may opt for another day of jungle safari (additional cost) through Netidhopani and Dobanki.
Lunch will be served at the resort.
In the evening, enjoy tea with snacks.
Experience a local tribal song and dance performance.
